What are the payment methods? 
You can pay easily and securely with iDEAL, credit card, Mister Cash, Sofort and Paypal. 
Secure payment 
When you pay at Arte di Vita, you will be redirected to Mollie's payment provider. This is a so-called internet cash register that securely handles online payments for online shops at financial institutions such as banks and credit card companies.
When you choose to pay via iDEAL, you will be redirected to you bank’s online banking page. 
Credit card 
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For the credit card payments, both 3D-Secure (Verified By Visa) and and a Fraud Detection Module (FDM) are active. PayPal This is a global payment system, a kind of online bank to which you can link a VISACARD or MASTERCARD. You do need to have your own PayPal account. 

How does the ordering process work? 
Immediately after payment you will receive a confirmation with all the information you need about payment status, shipping and delivery. 

To which countries do you ship? 
We ship to most European countries. Please contact us via email (interiors@artedivita.eu) if you wish to order from outside Europe. 

What are the shipping charges? 
The final shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Depending on the weight and country of shipment. The shipping charges (up to 10 kg) are €5.75 to a maximum of €28.00. 

How quickly do I receive my order? 
After payment the item(s) will usually be shipped within 24 hours. Our home furnishings are made to order, the production will take a maximum of five workdays before shipment, unless otherwise communicated. Your order will be delivered by DHL. DHL aims to deliver your order within the Netherlands the next working day. Delivery of international orders can take up to 10 working days, depending on the location and carrier. 

Can I return my purchase? 
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without any given reason. You are allowed 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount including shipping costs to your bank account. We strive to do this as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after receiving your order. The shipping costs for returning the product to Arte di Vita are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. Which purchases can I not return? 
Some products cannot be returned. It concerns: 
• An opened paint can (unless the product doesn’t meet reasonable expectations). 
• Products that have been manufactured or modified according to your specifications or that have a clear personal character (customization). 
• Products that cannot be returned due to their nature. If this applies, this is clearly stated with the product, or clearly visible before you finalize your order. 

How do I return my purchase? 
You can easily use your right of withdrawal by informing us via e-mail (interiors@artedivita.eu) that you want to return (or exchange) the product. Mention in your e-mail at least the following information: 
• First and last name 
• Address 
 • Order number 
• IBAN bank account 
You then have a maximum of 14 days to actually return the product. 
Return method 
1. If your order is packed (using the original packaging as much as possible), you can ship it to the address below. Please save your shipping receipt! Arte di Vita Return shipment Ardennen 62 3831 EZ Leusden, the Netherlands 
2. As soon as we receive your return shipment, it will be checked by us. 
3. After a successful inspection of the return shipment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that we have received the order in good order and that we’ll refund the purchase amount (including the shipping costs) to your bank account within 14 days.

What and when will I get refunded after returning the purchase? 
If you have correctly returned a purchase within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the full purchase price including possibly calculated shipping and/or payment costs of that product as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days after return. If we cannot return a product, we will contact you about this. The costs of returning the order are at one’s own expense. In case you have paid via PayPal, PayPal will reimburse these costs. Reducing reimbursement 
• When you return a part of the purchases received by you, you only get the full purchase price of that part. 
• In case you have explicitly gone for a more expensive delivery method than the offered (cheapest) standard delivery, the additional costs are at one’s own expense. 
• Costs that result from the depreciation of a returned item.

Can I exchange a product? 
You can exchange all products, except for products bought during a sale. Products can be exchanged by returning the product(s) to be replaced in accordance with the return conditions and then placing a new order on our website. This way you can see whether the product is still available. We advise you to confirm your order immediately, especially if stock is limited. Products that you have placed in the shopping cart won’t be reserved for you. Is the product sold out but you don’t see an alternative product to your liking? If so, please contact our customer service. We may then be able to see if we can get the product somewhere for you. Of course we can’t promise anything. 

I received a wrong / damaged / incomplete / defective product: what to do? 
Have you received a wrong, damaged, incomplete or defective product in spite of our careful inspection? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after receiving your order; one of our team members will contact you as soon as possible. We will then send you the correct product or a new product. An Arte di Vita team member will make arrangements with you about the return of the incorrect, damaged, incomplete or defective product(s).
